Stavanger 9 - Waffle Recipe

On the way to Pulpit Rock we stopped off for a Waffle treat. It was covered in jam and sour cream. Yum!
I have converted the ingredients in case you are interested.

Waffles
4 eggs
6 Tbsp Sugar
7/8 cup butter
3 1/3 cup flour
7/8 cup milk
1 1/4 cup buttermilk
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 - 1 tsp cardamom

This Farm was started in 1540. Part of the house is from that time and more has been added since. Notice the grass on the roof. It is trimmed by goats. Many outside buildings are topped by grass roofs, but living residences are prohibited from having grass roofs due to being a potential fire damage. This farm had horses, sheep, goats, and chickens.
